Job Description
- Responsible for daily tracking and relationship management of leads/key customers
- For new and current clients, create business proposals
- Enable the Sales and Marketing Manager to prepare the company’s marketing & sales strategy
- Train and direct associates for marketing and business growth (BDA)
- Market analysis to find potential business prospects for the portfolio and sales territory in question.
- Meet the revenue target and carry sales correspondingly
- React in a timely manner to customer inquiries about the items
- Co-ordinate with any new criteria between business and customers
- Ensure the payment is made on time and on a daily basis for products delivered to customers.
- To generate high volumes of potential customers, create strong customer relationships
- Responsible for the overall performance of sales and coordination of all sales and marketing activities in the allocated territory and providing the different inputs needed for the allocated territory
- Efficient handling of client calls and appointments for new opportunities
Job Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in sales and marketing
- 2-3 years of selling experience
- Target-driven and capacity to deal with work pressure
- Tactful, creative and highly aggressive self-initiator to achieve the Sales Target
- Soft-spoken, outstanding interpersonal and negotiating abilities
- Comfortable with rigorous follow-up and enthusiastic about sales work
