- Dealing with public and customer questions in English and Nepali
- React to phone, computer, and direct calls
- Take and send the message
- Greet individuals joining the company
- Systematically keep account information and Consulate visit records
- Keep all incoming and outgoing letters registered,
- Serving tourists by properly greeting, receiving, and guiding them
- Notifies business staff regarding the arrival of guests
- Maintains telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure
- Informs visitors by replying or answering
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

- Professional Skill Required:Customer , Relationship Management , Communication Interpersonal , Ms Office
- It should have a very charming character.
- They should have outstanding ability to speak English.
- You should have a proper package for MS Office
- Strong programming skills should be had
