Job Description

  • Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing department
  • Develop and adhere to operations budget
  • Update and maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedure of Units as per management requirement linking with IT operations
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Monitor and track the performance of¬† the operations team and advise corrective¬† measures if necessary
  • Ensure all processes remain compliant with governmental regulations
  • Establish contracts and pricing and ensure proper maintenance and serve as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
  • Serve as primary point of contact when the customers have issues related to product and services
  • Communicate customer issues with operation team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints by analyzing customers’ needs
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
  • Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure effective utilization of inventory, purchase of the right equipment, maintenance of solid inventory data
  • Develop and maintain customer database

  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Two Wheeler and License Holder
