Job Description

  • Office secretary should also answer and redirect telephone calls if required
  • Manage the every day/weekly/monthly agenda and organize new meetings.
  • Preparation and distribution of correspondence, memoranda and forms
  • File and update employee, client, provider and external partners’ contact information
  • Support and promote regular report completion
  • Develop and maintain a filing system Office supplies are also checked and orders placed accordingly.
  • Make plans for travel
  • Expenditure and reporting of documents
  • Occasionally undertakes receptionist duties

Job Requirements

  • Experience in working as secretary or administrator
  • Office organization familiarity and tools for optimization
  • High level of time management and multi-tasking capability
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • MS Office expertise
  • Diploma of secondary education
