Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR plans and policies that are in line with the company’s overall goals.
  • Addressing requests, complaints, and other problems will help management and employee relations.
  • Organize the hiring and selection process.
  • Support current and potential business needs through investing in human capital growth, commitment, inspiration, and preservation.
  • Develop and track the organization’s overall HR plans, processes, tactics, and procedures.
  • Create a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • Oversee and maintain a high-performance performance assessment scheme.
  • Maintain your pay structure and incentive plans.
  • Report to the General Manager of Human Resources and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure that all aspects of human resource management are compliant with the law.
  • Assist the GM of Human Resources with the overall process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven HR Executive experience or at least 5 to 10 years in the HR sector People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrated awareness of human resource metrics
  • HR applications and databases awareness
  • Leadership skills and the ability to architect strategy
  • Excellent active listening, persuasion, and presentation skills Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal
  • relationships at all levels of the organization In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field is required.
