Job Description

  • Coordination with the clients/candidates/ employee of the various organization for the smooth performance of Recruitment & Selection process
  • Identify and communicate with the prospective corporate clients and/or individuals to explain the services and convince them to take any of our services
  • Plan and implement sales strategy, set and meet the sales target
  • Maximize sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
  • Vacancy text analysis as per the client’s policies and develop the shortlisting criteria
  • Application screening as per the job description, requirement, shortlisting as per the predefined criteria of the organization and make a recommendation to the client organization
  • Conduct various assessment processes like written test, group discussion and interview
  • Provide input in enhancement of system for process simplification
  • Prepare proper documentation of all the activities performed so far for the up to date record
  • Conduct various HR activities/project management in order to run the program smoothly
  • Coordination with clients and others in various work-related matters effectively and efficiently
  • Lead and guide the team in various processes to ensure the proper implementation of various existing project/s
  • Plan and develop strategies to meet the target of own and team as given by the concerned authority in a stipulated period with regular monitoring and supervision of the activities of team members
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the team so that business processes and practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity and comply with the company standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare up-to-date reports of every activities of performed in the Unit as well as individual reports and submit to the concern authority
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by concerned authority

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor completed but preference to Master’s degree completed in HR
  • At least three years of experiences in the related field
  • Must have sound knowledge of Recruitment and Selection (Application screening, Interview, Shortlisting) through various assessment
  • Must have knowledge of project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative, and trustworthy
  • Strong analytical skill and negotiation skill
  • Effective convincing skill
  • Good presentation skill with a smart and pleasant personality
  • Team player and solution-driven
  • People-centric Team management skill
  • Able to work independently with multitasking abilities
