Job Description

  • Mukundo.com’s eCommerce fulfillment is under my direction, and I’m responsible for increasing fulfillment productivity, performance, and precision, as well as ensuring that promised delivery windows are met.
  • In charge of the eCommerce team and ensuring that consumer needs are met. Closely coordinate with the inventory management team to address any stock differences for orders, predict job flows, and inform the eCommerce team of any fulfillment, operation, or delivery problems.
  • Create and incorporate a vision and strategy for delivering an outstanding user experience as measured by financial outcomes and main website metrics.
  • 4 direct reports to supervise the Ecommerce team
  • Provide detailed reports to the executive management team on a weekly basis.

  • Maintaining our brand’s reputation needs continuous monitoring of our social media platforms.
  • Monitor promotion announcements, new product releases, and price changes and updates by posting and removing them as needed.
  • Create and lead a high-performing e-Commerce site while maintaining good cross-functional relationships where applicable.
  • Directly responsible for all facets of online operation, including e-Commerce revenue, budget, promotions, and customer experience, on a strategic and day-to-day basis.
  • Obtain financial targets by planning an annual budget, forecasting, assessing variances, and taking corrective steps.
  • Develop relevant promotional and creative and efficient marketing programs and strategies to drive the business’s main metrics, such as traffic, conversion, revenue, and profits, among other metrics, and actively and emotionally engage the customer while growing fan following and interaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to achieve the functionality and user experience that you want for your website.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans. a track record of communicating across various roles and levels within an organization
  • Ability to fly up to 20% of the time when necessary

Job Requirement

  • Years with Minimum Experience 5-8 years in a similar position and work environment is needed.
