Job Description
- Should have working knowledge of computer.
- Should be able to handle office files and make documents.
- Should be responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents.
- Should maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised.
- Should maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage.
- Should be responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
Job Requirements
- Computer literate (Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail)
- Fluent in English
- Pleasing Personality.
- Should have good computer knowledge
- Should have typing skills in Nepali and English
