Job Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service to online clients.
  • Maintain an optimistic, empathetic and knowledgeable attitude towards consumers at all times.
  • React to all phone calls, emails, internet requests and live chats.
  • Recognize and address consumer concerns.
  • Resolve problems by viewing knowledge on various database networks and engaging with organization employees.
  • Provide reviews on the quality of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and offer technical assistance to the customer.
  • Keep logs of customer contact, sales, feedback and grievances.
  • Loading orders, refunds and exchanges.
  • Engaging clients on social media to answer their questions and help fix issues.
  • Tracking of refunds, consumer complaints and other significant customer indicators.
  • Support the order fulfillment team where it’s required.
  • Partner with storage staff on changes in delivery time and product period counts.

Job Requirements

  • 1 Year of experience desired in a call center or related customer service setting.
  • Passion to fix the customer’s problems.
  • Nepalese and English fluency in written and verbal correspondence.
  • Simple programming skills and typing skills.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Capacity to plan, prioritize and carry out a wide range of activities.
  • Good actions in demanding and time-sensitive circumstances.
  • Understanding Social Media Network Messaging (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Enjoy a fast-paced setting with a sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility to work on nights and weekends to satisfy client needs.
  • Previous familiarity with online customer service or working in eCommerce/retail is a bonus.
