- Learn and develop in-depth knowledge of company products
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to understand goal
- Create sales plan and strategy to meet the goals and target of the organization
- Contact potential clients and arrange meetings
- Answer customers’ questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Develop and sustain long lasting relationship with customers
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers
- Research for market need and product expansion opportunity for the organization
- Develop goals for team expansion, and business development and create strategy to meet them
Job Specification
- Should have completed Bachelor’s Degree (BBS/BBA/BA)
- Detailed Oriented and Organized
- Entrepreneurial sense and able to keep up in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to do thorough QA in timely manner
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven multi-tasker that can manage several projects at once under tight deadlines and accommodate rapid changes.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the operational skills to ensure self-directed projects and ideas are seen through to execution
