- Managing, training, and providing overall advice to an assigned territory’s sales team.
- Setting fair sales goals for the sales team to meet.
- Monitoring the sales team’s performance and encouraging them to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer feedback is collected, and senior management is kept up to date.
- Presenting company offerings and building brand awareness to potential and current customers within an allocated sales area.
- It is preferred that you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, with a preference for sector-specific sales experience.
- Sales quotas have been met in the past.
- All Microsoft Office applications are mastered.
- Excellent organizational, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Negotiation and consultative selling skills are exceptional.
- Communication skills that work.
- Customer service capabilities that are second to none.
