Maintain accounting processes and procedures according to the widely accepted theory of accounting
Independently manage and ensure integrity of everyday accounting transactions and documents with
all relevant and supporting documentation that complies with organizational and donor requirements
Prepare monthly requests for financial reports and funds (Hard & Electric copy) and send them in time to the donor organization.
Responsible for making payments in due time to all distributors, vendors, consultants
Make accounting entries in the timely manner of accounting software Keep track and fill in all financial records, both electric and hard copy vouchers in place.
Petty cash handling and periodic reconciliation
To manage tax compliances with Government and other concerned departments
Record and reconcile advancement and settlement of employees as per organizational policy
Resolve and fix accounting anomalies and due process violations
Coordinator of the Support Programme for budget planning along with forecasting.
Track the use of the budget to ensure that spending is in accordance with the negotiated budget and find any deviations to be dealt with.
Acquire bank statements and conduct weekly bank reconciliation
Assistance during internal / external / statutory / donor audits and the process of organizational renewa
Maintain the staff profile with all required documentation, review and update records[Staff contracts, leave reports, training, time sheets, travel documents]
Maintain the logbook of the vehicle and ensure all legal documentation
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Business Sciences or Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates who have experience with FAMAS software will be given preference.
