Job Description

  • Prepare Accounting Process documents and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain cash controls.
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Monitor cash reserves and investments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Processes supplier invoices.
  • Maintain the purchase order system.
  • Issue cheques for all accounts due.
  • Prepare income statements. Prepare balance sheets
  • Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation
  • Periodic and / or contingency budgets and financial forecasts / projections
  • Tax Management
  •  Knowledge on legal acts and regulations
  •  Knowledge about regulations on VAT (submission and claim), TDS, Excise duties, custom clearances etc..
  • Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control
  • Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets
  • Salary sheet preparation, various financial report preparation
  • Evaluating of company financial situation

Job Requirements

  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill
  • Smart personality
  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Finance/ Accounts
  • Relevant experience of more than 2 years in Accounts and Finance (preference working experience with Contracting/ Manufacturing/ Engineering Consulting firm)
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge.
  • Experience with accounting and financial software
  • Should have strong networking skill
